Back from HongKong, as a part of my final moments in the country at the departure hall. I saw a kid, a SG kid. Playing with his boy parts right in front of me.

best part?My mom was with me and we saw him again!At the queue into the plane, my mom said it would be funny if he sat next to me on the flight back.True enough...urgh.my poor eyes...My folks sitting in the next aisle was laughing like mad as i simply watched Premium Rush.

I LOVE MY NEW CAMERA. Finally, after much fighting with my stereotypical singaporean cheapskate-ness, I finally got a DSLR. Or rather a heavy duty compact? I dunno what they call them these days after my long period of instagraming anymore to be honest.

This one is the Fuji X-E1, and although I'm still tying to get a hang of it after using my Fed 5B rangefinder for so long and my beloved film, I really love the pics I'm getting thus far.Its real light too!

On a side note, yes I'm alive (barely) and to be honest, I'm REALLY looking forward to my break.4 days HongKong and their fabulous food! Even tho I will be bringing my work along too. Oh joy...

This is my second roll of expired ISO400 kodak and they turned out fabulous!Some were blurry as I was moving too quickly and didn't have time to adjust my rangefinder well enough.Though its still great since it has been MONTHS since I used my Feb5B.Lets hope my 3rd roll has the same luck!

More often then not, when you just feel like shit and everything you do deserve a one way trip to the incinerator, you just need people to give you a giant slap and shake your brains out before you chug the booze and headbang your head into the nearest wall.But after that phase, you just face the godamn-I don't-give-a-flying-pickle about all these anymore moment.Thats where you start stoning.

And that is where a great cup of coffee comes along and make your day a lil less dreadful and now, you have a smiley artist that is all high on imaginary meth and talking weird things at 4am.

Sleep Depravity.

Its a driving force to squeeze any amount of juices from an artist.Think I might have lost weight again (hohoho).Been so tired, too tired to even sit and get anymore coffee art done.Just gimme a bed and I'll love you lots.

Apart from that, I have been trying to get alot of things done, including environment.Decided to colour all of them traditionally.21 pieces before 2012 ends.Yup, I'm officially an owl.

Yes, amazing isn't it?I am actually blogging at an unholy hour of 8am. My mom seems appalled that I was not asleep when I opened my door. The logic of having less classes does not seem to equate to less work apparently.And as bad as my math is, I can still count properly.In fact that my work had doubled.Inclulding expectation.Yes.Unfortunate but that's life as an artist for you.

Now, to get a nice Macs breakfast or not...hmm.Tempting.

Straight on pen in moleskine again with a good cuppa.Edited it slightly in photoshop,not much,just the lips and clean a few odd pen lines and adjusted the size.Was a terrible Monday, so I decided to go back do some old stuff. Roses.

Didn't go crazy with this one. A tale of the young Caruso siblings, characters from Blood Debt. A lil feel from ' The Pirate Balthasar ' no? I only realised that as I was colouring it...opps. I fail at this romance/shoujo drama genre...I dunno ( shows how much I pay attention in class. Hohoho....)

Its been so long since I have done anything comic related.A re-make of a page from Blankets by Craig Thompson. And it has been even longer since I have been the outside world to see old friends again.

The perks of being a wallflower and Emma Watson are awesome.Some shots and framing were well done in my opinion.Although the story seemed abit rushed with some parts being omited out.The part where Charlie's past with his Aunt was an example.But great movie nonetheless.
